INTRODUCCIÓN

  • Learn to design a project effectively, in very short time and in a collaborative way.
  • The Project Canvas and 25 other visual thinking tools

In this highly interactive workshop you will learn how to effectively shape and visualize new projects with thinking tools that combine skills from project management with "design thinking", “improvisation" and  "play". And that can work for any project approach, agile as well as traditional.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Projects are temporary sidesteps from daily obligations, routines, and structures. Projects as well as games ask for a special arrangement of time, space, participants, and rules. This special arrangement requires the commitment of all participants.
The main challenge is that projects bring people together who typically don't work together.
Consequently, the individual views concerning a project are very different resulting from professional and cultural perspectives as well as divergent states of information.
Before you kick-off an ambitious new venture, you usually want to think through your idea and map out related constraints and impacts. This stage is called “Project Design”. By means of a set of thinking tools, you can develop and visualize a holistic picture of the project. This result is helpful to gain confidence, supporters and sponsors, and eventually make your project thrive.

CLASS AGENDA

  2. PROJECT CANVAS - Design a project on one page
